Edinburgh Half Marathon 2024
Sunday, 26 May 2024, 00:00
The organisers for the Edinburgh Half Marathon have just announced a change in their registration deadline for the half marathon distance.
Please see their statement below:
“Since the exclusive charity entry period for the Edinburgh Half Marathon started last week, charity entries have continued to be very popular. As a result, the Edinburgh Half Marathon is extremely close to total capacity and will close to all new entries imminently.
We appreciate that both the Edinburgh Marathon and Edinburgh Half Marathon will be closing significantly earlier than in previous years, and this may have had an impact on your promotion and recruitment timelines.
We would like to reconfirm that the earlier closure of these events for 2024 will be as a result of the unprecedented uptake of charity entries from fundraisers"
Therefore the Trussell Trust can no longer offer any places for this event. If you are interested in any other ways of supporting the Trussell Trust plesae do email us on [email protected] and we would love to hear from you.
